Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Ignition Casino, your account, all deposits and withdrawals, all bonuses and promotions, and any dispute that arises between you and us. By creating an account or placing a bet you accept them in full. Read them carefully — paying particular attention to bonus terms, withdrawal limits and the dispute-resolution path — because they are enforceable.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account at Ignition Casino. You must be a resident of a country where access to our service is permitted. You confirm that participating in online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence and that you alone are responsible for ensuring this. We do not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

One person, one account. Duplicate accounts in the same name, household or shared IP will be flagged at KYC, and the secondary account will be closed with any wagered funds returned to the original payment method.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action that takes place on your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of an account if the unauthorized use was made possible by your failure to protect login credentials.

Account names cannot be changed after registration; account email addresses can be changed only after a security review. The username you choose is permanent and visible in shared games.

3. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in supported payment methods listed on the cashier. Minimum and maximum amounts per transaction are published on each method's cashier card and may change. Funds are credited to your playable balance when our payment processor confirms receipt; crypto deposits credit after the standard number of network confirmations for that asset.

You must deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be refunded and may trigger a security review.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Each bonus has its own terms — wagering requirement, game weighting, expiry, maximum bet during the wagering window. The published terms govern. Opting in to a bonus locks the bonus balance to the deposit balance until wagering completes; you cannot withdraw funds during wagering without forfeiting the bonus and any winnings earned from it.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: max-bet violations during wagering, low-risk wagering (covering both sides of an even bet), and use of bonuses across linked accounts — voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it. We reserve the right to close accounts found to be running organized bonus-abuse schemes.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) before they can be processed. The first withdrawal triggers KYC if it has not already been completed; expect a 24-hour review window once documents are uploaded in the correct format.

Weekly withdrawal caps apply by method: $9,500 by crypto, $3,000 by check. Amounts above the cap queue for the next eligible week; they are not lost.

We may delay or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, multi-accounting or bonus abuse. We will tell you within 7 business days if an investigation is open and give a status update every 7 days thereafter until it closes.

6. Dormancy

Accounts with no login or game activity for 12 consecutive months are flagged as dormant. We will attempt to contact you using the email on file. A small monthly maintenance fee may apply to dormant balances after the contact attempt, as set out on our cashier; you can reactivate the account at any time by logging in.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

Games are operated under the rules published on each game's information panel. RTPs are published per game where the provider requires it. Our RNG is independently certified by iTech Labs; any malfunction voids that play and stake is refunded.

8. Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling

You can self-exclude or set deposit, loss, session or reality-check limits at any time from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. See the Responsible Gambling page for details and helpline information.

9. Disputes

If you have a dispute, raise a support ticket first. Unresolved tickets can be escalated to a supervisor and then to formal written complaint. 10. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our licence is held (Curacao). We may amend them; material changes are notified by email and shown on a site banner before they take effect, with a reasonable opt-out window where required. Continued play after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
